All items are available as mountings or finished with diamonds. Product images are for illustration, and slight variations in colour, stone appearance, and finish may occur. Availability is subject to change without notice.

Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing or listing error, Rafael Jewellery reserves the right to cancel or correct the order before fulfilment.
Custom Orders
Pricing, payment terms, and estimated completion time for custom work are confirmed with you before production begins. Timelines depend on design complexity and materials.
Engraving & Personalization
Engraving is completed in-house using the text you provide. Please review spelling, dates, and characters carefully before approval, as engraved items are final sale.
Returns
All returns and exchanges are governed by our Return Policy.
Repairs & Services
We will notify you when items left for repair, plating, appraisal, or watch service are ready for pickup. Please collect your item promptly once notified.
Pickup & Delivery
Orders may be collected at our Ajax store. For delivery options, please contact our team.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including images, designs, text, and logos, belongs to Rafael Jewellery and may not be reproduced without written permission.
